Another picture that reminds you that the Angkor-Wat was found totally deserted in the middle of the jungle. Another awkward smile.  No one knows why the Khmers were so fascinated by smiling faces.  Perhaps they just had a good sense of humour?

I remember the name of this one.  This is Neak Pean, an artificial island with a Buddhist temple at the center of Jayatataka Baray, or Pool of Jayavarman.  During the rainy season, there is supposed to be water surrounding the temple in the middle. It is believed to represent the Himalayan lake of Anavatapta.  Trust me, I did not come up with that theory.  This is a picture of the horse "Balaha" from the back, which can be seen to the right of the island in the picture to the left.

Another tree that has found an interesting place to grow. Inside a room that used to be a Cambodian massage parlor.

This is such a bad picture, just shows that I have no talent as a photographer. Another crazy tree.
This could have been taken straight out of an Indiana Jones movie. Another impressive temple, though not wheelchair accessable.
